About the Video:
At the conclusion of this knowledge-based activity, the pharmacist will be able to identify the importance and key steps of the Pharmacists' Patient Care Process, understand key practices of what pharmacists do using the Pharmacists' Patient Care Process, and understand the need to teach the Pharmacists' Patient Care Process in experiential education.
Prerequisite: To receive CE credit for this activity, you MUST be a UMB preceptor.
