Introducing restorative approaches within the school community equips faculty, staff, students, and scholars with the necessary tools to engage in safe and equitable discussions that enhance communication, engagement, well-being, and a sense of belonging.

This two-day training program will be hosted by Nancy Schertzing, MS, director of the Restorative Approaches in Education Program for the Center for Dispute Resolution at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law (C-DRUM).
